In 1991 Mr. Shaya Ibrahim Al-Shaya and Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Senidi joined the office as partners. In 1996 Mr. Mohammed Al-Nafea left the office when he was appointed as minister and head of Supervisory and Investigation Authority. Since then the office changed its name to Shaya I.
